摘要
以邻苯二甲酸和正辛醇为原料 ,采用对甲苯磺酸作催化剂合成邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯 ,考察了影响反应的因素。实验结果表明 ,当邻苯二甲酸与正辛醇、对甲苯磺酸摩尔比为 1∶3∶0 15 ,反应时间 1h时 ,产率可达 96 4 1%。
Di-n-octyl phthalate was synthesized from phthalic acid and n- octanol using p- toluene sulfonic acid as catalyst with the yield of 96.41%.The effects on the reaction were examined and the optimum conditions were determined as follows:1∶3∶0.15 of molar ratio of p- toluene sulfonic acid to n- octanol and p- toluene sulfonic acid,1 hour of reaction time.
