摘要
利用虾蟹壳为原料制备壳聚糖硫酸盐 ,探索以其为催化剂的多相酯化反应催化体系的影响因素 .通过研究 ,探索出催化剂的催化效能与壳聚糖的分子量和脱乙酰度的关系 。
The paper attempts to illustrate preparation of chitosan sulfate from shells of shrimp and crab; and makes a first probe into the influential factors of multiphase esterification catalytic system while it is used as a catalyst.Through research,the paper finds out its catalysis and the relation between the molecular weight of chitosan and degree of deacetylation; and it also points out the applying range of the esterification multiphase catalytic system with chilosan aulyfate as its catalyst and its main influential factors.
