摘要
本文对HZSM-5上乙酸与正戊醇的酯化反应进行了研究.考察了焙烧温度、反应温度、酸处理及吸附水对催化活性的影响.对催化活性与表面酸性的关系进行了讨论.实验证明,最佳的焙烧温度为550~650℃,最佳的反应温度为150~160℃.催化剂颗粒的酸处理和吸附水有利于提高催化剂的活性.
The esterification of acetic acid with 1-pentanol on HZSM-5 zeolite was studied. The effects of calcination temperature of HZSM-5 catalyst, reaction temperature, acid treatment and adsorped water on catalytic activity was investigated. The correlation between the surface acidity of HZSM-5 catalyst and its activity was discussed. It was found that the optimum calcination temperature was 550~650℃ ,optimum reaction temperature was 150 ~160℃. The acid treatment of the HZSM-5 catalyst pellet and the adsorped water were advantageous to the increase of catalytic activity. The n-pentyl ether dose not be produced on HZSM-5 due to selective catalysis.
