摘要
用分子筛作催化剂,在釜式反应器内对丁醇和乙酸的液相酯化反应进行了研究。考察了分子筛硅铝比、催化剂用量、反应物摩尔比和反应温度对酯化反应的影响。当醇酸摩尔比为1.1、HZSM-5(50)用量为3%、反应温度为130℃时,5小时酯化转化率大于93%。本文还提出了在无催化剂时和以 HZSM-5(50)为催化剂时的酯化反应动力学模型。
Zeolites were used as catalysts for esterification of n-butyl alcohol withacetic acid in liquid phase.Effects of the ratio SiO_2/Al_2O_3 in the zeolite,the amo-unt of the catalyst used,the ratio of reactants,and reaction temperatures on thereaction rate were investigated.When mole ratio of alcohol to acid is 1.1,and3% (wt)HZSM-5(50) catalyst is used at 130℃ for 5 hours,the reaction rate is over93%.The kinetic equations for the noncatalytic esterification and those of theesterification with HZSM-5(50) as catalyst are established.
