Catalytic Synthesis of Amyl Pentanoate by Aluminophosphate Molecular Sieve

摘要 首次用磷酸铝分子筛催化戊酸与正戊醇的酯化反应合成了戊酸正戊酯。适宜的酯化条件为:戊酸50mmol,n(正戊醇)∶n(戊酸)=1.2∶1.0,回流反应3 h^5 h,1 mol戊酸用催化剂2.0 g,酯化率高于90%。 The amyl pentanoate was synthesized by the esterification reaction of n-pentanol with pentanoic acid using aluminophosphate molecular sieve as a catalyst. The appropriate reaction conditions were as follows: pentanoie acid was 50 retool, the molar ratio of n-pentanol to pentanoic acid was 1.2 : 1.0, and the amount of catalyst was 2.0 g per 1 tool pentanoic acid. Under the appropriate conditions, the yield was about 90% by refluxing for 3 h - 5 h.
