摘要
研究了以硅钨杂多酸(SiW_(12))为催化剂合成增塑剂邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯(DnOP)的方法,探讨了合成的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,用杂多酸催化酯化合成DnOP,具有反应时间短、反应温度低、反应活性和选择性好、产率高、无环境污染、催化剂重复使用率高等特点,是理想的DnOP合成催化剂。
This paper studied the synthesis of plasticizer DnOP catalyzed by Si - W heteropoly acid and the optimum reaction condition. The experimental results indicated that this synthesis method was of many advatages, such as short time, low temperature, good activity and selectivity, high yield and little pollution. The catalyst can be used repeatedly and is ideal for the synthesis of plasticizer DnOP.
