摘要
光模块(optical module)由光电子器件、功能电路和光接口等组成。本项目研究光模块PCB产品,关键为印制插头位置为长短金手指设计,按照镀水金工艺生产确保印制插头位置无引线。
Optical module is composed of optoelectronic devices, functional circuits and optical interfaces. In this project, PCB products of optical module are studied. The key is that the position of printed plug is designed for long and short golden finger, and the golden finger position is guaranteed without lead according to the process of gold plating.
