摘要 作为网络建设的基本构成之一,光模块在整个网络建设中十分关键。光模块的封装形式也在不断进化,体积正朝着越来越小的方向改变,在速率、功耗、距离、成本等方面也在不断向前发展。本文重点叙述光模块印制板的产品特性如产品结构、封装形式、产品应用与过程控制关键点,以及针对此类产品如何从设计面、技术面、品质面进行管控作业。 As one of the basic components of network construction,optical module plays an important role in the whole network construction.The encapsulation of optical modules is evolving.The volume is changing in the direction of smaller and smaller.The speed,power consumption,distance,cost and so on are also constantly moving forward.This paper focuses on the characteristics of optical module PCB,such as product structure,packaging form,product application and key points of process control,as well as how PCB manufacturers manage and control such products from the aspects of design,technology and quality.
