摘要
项目化教学打破了"以教师为中心"的教学理念,能切实提升学生实操能力,符合高职教育课程改革方向。该文以"现代企业管理"课程为例,通过多元化课堂评价主体,权衡课程项目比重,过程性与结果性考核相结合,量化实训评价指标,考试评价方式灵活多样,以促进现代企业管理课程项目化考试改革,切实提升学生学习自主性,实现职业教育课程培养目标。
Project teaching aims to change the teaching concept of centre-oriented teacher, enhance practical ability and conform to the direction of vocational education course reform. As an example of 'modern enterprise management' course,diversification of evaluation subject, distribution of course project proportion, combination between procedural and consequential assessment, quantization of practice evaluation index, and diversification of assessment method are discussed in the paper, which aim to accelerate the exam reform of its course, develop students' learning initiative and achieve cultivation object of vocational education course.
