摘要
目的建立测定宫炎康颗粒中芍药苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为AgilentTCC18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(15∶85),检测波长为230 nm。结果芍药苷的理论板数大于3 000,进样量在0.08~1.21μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,平均加样回收率为98.92%,RSD为1.80%(n=5)。结论该方法简单、重复性好、精密度高,可有效控制药品的质量。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for determining the paeoniflorin content in Gongyankang Granules. Methods The re-versed phase high performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC) was adopted with the chromatography column of the Agilent TCC18 column(250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm),and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid solution(15:85),and the detection wavelength was 230 nm. Results The theoretical plate number of paeoniflorin was more than 3 000. The sample size in the range of 0. 08-1. 21 μg showed good linear relationship with the peak area. The average sample recovery rate was 98. 92%,RSD=1. 80%( n=5). Conclusion This method is simple with good repeatability and high precision,and can effectively control the quality of the preparation.
