摘要
目的:观察分析心脏彩超诊断高血压左室肥厚伴左心力衰竭的临床应用价值。方法:选取本院收治的高血压左室肥厚伴左心力衰竭患者及同期在本院进行健康体检者共150例作为研究对象,将患者和体检者均分为两组,每组各75例,均接受心脏彩超检查,比较两组检查结果。结果:A组患者的LVDd、LAD、E/Ea检测水平值均明显高于B组健康体检者(P<0.05);而LVEF检测水平值低于B组(t=8.572,P=0.000<0.05)。A组中Ⅱ级心功能患者的LVDd、LAD、E/Ea检测水平值均明显高于Ⅲ级心功能患者(P<0.05);而Ⅱ级心功能患者的LVEF检测水平值低于Ⅲ级心功能患者(t=3.475,P=0.001<0.05)。A组患者的收缩压、舒张压均明显高于B组(P<0.05)。
Objective To observe and analyze the cardiac ultrasound in the diagnosis of left ventricular hypertrophy in hypertension with left heart failure clinical value. Methods The left ventricular hypertrophy in hypertension admitted to our hospital with left heart failure patients and health examination in our hospital were 150 cases as the research object,the patients and volunteers were divided into two groups, each group of 75 cases received cardiac ultrasound examination,compare the test results of two groups. Results The patients in the A group of LVDd, LAD, E/Ea detection level of group B were significantly higher than healthy subjects(P<0.05); while the LVEF value detection level lower than that of group B(t =8.572, P=0.000<0.05). The levels of LVDd, LAD and E/Ea in group A were significantly higher than those with grade Ⅲcardiac function( P<0.05). LVEF was lower than that in grade Ⅲ cardiac function(t =3.475, P=0.001<0.05). The systolic and diastolic blood pressure in group A were significantly higher than that in group B( P<0.05).
