摘要
目的分析心脏超声在高血压左室肥厚伴左心力衰竭患者中的诊断价值。方法选取2019年10月至2020年10月在我院治疗的高血压左室肥厚伴左心力衰竭患者与健康体检者各30例,分别命名为观察组与对照组进行研究,均接受心脏超声诊断,比较诊断结果。结果较对照组,观察组患者LVDd、LAD、E/Ea水平更高,LVEF水平更低,差异显著(P<0.05);心功能分级越高,患者LVDd、LAD、E/Ea水平越高,LVEF水平越低,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论心脏超声诊断高血压左室肥厚伴左心力衰竭患者的应用价值较高,并可以有效判断患者心功能程度。
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of echocardiography in patients with hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy and left heart failure.Methods From October 2019 to October 2020,30 cases of hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy patients with left heart failure and 30 cases of healthy people were selected for treatment or physical examination in our hospital during this period.The observation group and the control group were studied respectively.All patients received cardiac ultrasound diagnosis,and the diagnosis results were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the LVDD,LAD,E/EA levels of the observation group were higher,and the LVEF levels were lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the higher the heart function grade,the higher the LVDD,LAD,E/EA levels,and the lower the LVEF levels,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of echocardiography in the diagnosis of hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy with left heart failure is high,which can effectively judge the degree of cardiac function.
