178例冠心病心力衰竭患者临床资料与心功能分级的相关性分析 被引量：12

摘要 冠心病心力衰竭顾名思义是指由于冠心病引起的心力衰竭。据统计大约65％的心力衰竭由冠状动脉疾病引发的，随着目前年龄老化，心力衰竭的发病率还将有所上升。因此冠心病心力衰竭是目前医学研究热点问题及急需解决的社会问题。本研究旨在初步分析患者的个体特征、基础疾病对疾病的发生、发展起到的作用。以期能为冠心病慢性心力衰竭中医临床辨证客观化提供一定的理论依据。
