摘要
目的:评估超声引导下行股动脉穿刺建立介入治疗入路的效果。方法:75例患者(男50例,女25例,平均年龄62.18±29.37岁)在超声引导下行股动脉穿刺和行介入治疗。其中20行为下肢动脉介入治疗,27例行腹主动脉瘤腔内修复术,28例行脑血管动脉瘤栓塞术。结果:技术成功率为100%,平均操作时间为3±1分钟(范围2~4分钟)。1例患者术后出现腹股沟穿刺部位小血肿,无其他穿刺相关并发症如假性动脉瘤、穿刺动脉狭窄闭塞以及动静脉瘘的发生。结论:超声引导下行股动脉穿刺和建立介入治疗入路安全、有效,可以降低穿刺相关并发症的发生率,可以常规应用于经股动脉穿刺介入治疗。
Objective To evaluate the practicability of ultrasound-guided femoral artery puncture and build up the artery access.Methodss 75 patients(50 males and 25 females, with an average age of 62.18±29.37 years, ranging from 33 to 91 years) underwent ultrasound-guided femoral artery puncture and build up the artery access under ultrasound guidance. Indication was(1) insertion of a vascular sheath for balloon angioplasty in 20 patients with leg ischemia.(2) insertion in endovascular repair of aortic aneurysm in 27 patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm.(3) embolization of cerebral aneurysms in 28 cases.Resultss In all 75 patients, technical success was achieved with an average operating time of 3 ± 1 minutes(range, 2 ~4 minutes). In the postoperative evaluation, 1 patient was found with small inguinal hematoma. No arteriovenous fistula or pseudoaneurysm was found in any other case.m was found in any other case.Conclusion Conclusion Ultrasound guided femoral artery puncture and build up the artery selective catheterization are feasible and safe. They can be routinely used in interventional treatment of peripheral blood vessels.
