摘要
目的评价某儿童型蛋白质粉增强免疫力的作用。方法将受试样品按0. 825、1. 650、3. 300 g/(kg·BW) 3个剂量给予小鼠连续灌胃30 d后进行免疫试验。试验项目为细胞免疫功能试验、体液免疫功能试验、单核-巨噬细胞吞噬功能试验和NK细胞活性测定方法。结果 1. 650、3. 300 g/(kg·BW)两个剂量组Con A诱导的小鼠淋巴细胞增殖能力较溶剂对照组明显增强,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05),3. 300 g/(kg·BW)剂量组单核-巨噬细胞碳廓清能力及小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞功能均明显高于溶剂对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0. 05),1. 650、3. 300 g/(kg·BW)两个剂量组小鼠NK细胞活性(数据转换值)明显高于溶剂对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05),1. 650 g/(kg·BW)剂量组小鼠抗体生成细胞数明显高于溶剂对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论某儿童型蛋白质粉具有增强免疫力作用。
Objective To evaluate the effect of a certain brand of protein powder on enhancing immunity function for children. Methods The protein powder at the doses of 0. 825,1. 650,3. 300 g/( kg·BW) were given to mice by intragastric administration with successive medication for 30 days. Cellular immune function study,humoral immune function study,mononuclear-macrophage phagocytic function study and NK cell activity study in mice were carried out. Results The lymphocyte proliferation ability of mice induced by Con A in 1. 650,3. 300 g/( kg·BW) was significantly higher than that in the vehicle control group,the difference was statistically significant.( P<0. 05). The carbon clearance capacity of mononuclear-macrophages in the dose group of 3. 300 g/( kg·BW) and the erythrocyte function of mouse macrophages were significantly higher than those in the solvent control group( P<0. 05). The NK cell activity( data conversion value) of mice in the two dose groups of 1. 650 and 3. 300g/( kg·BW) was significantly higher than that of the solvent control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P<0. 05). The number of antibody-producing cells in the 1. 650 g/( kg·BW) dose group was significantly higher than that in the solvent control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P<0. 05). Conclusion A certain brand of protein powder could enhance immunity function for children.
