摘要
目的:研究蛋白粉对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:将蛋白粉按1.67~5.00 g/kgBW给小鼠灌胃30 d后,分别测定小鼠的迟发型变态反应、Con A诱导的小鼠淋巴细胞转化功能、血清溶血素、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞能力、碳廓清能力及NK细胞活性。结果:蛋白粉可明显促进二硝基氟苯诱导的小鼠迟发型变态反应、显著提高小鼠血清溶血素水平、提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的能力、增强小鼠NK细胞杀伤活性、增强小鼠碳廓清吞噬指数。结论:蛋白粉能从细胞免疫功能、体液免疫功能、单核-巨噬细胞功能及NK细胞活性方面促进正常小鼠的免疫功能。
Objective:To investigate the effects of protein powder on mouse immune functions.Methods:Protein powder was administered to mice by oral gavage at 1.67~5.00 g/kgBW for 30 days.The delayed type hypersensitivity,splenic lymphocyte tranformation efficiency induced by Con A,serum antihemolysin,peritoneal macrophage phagocytizing chicken red blood cell,carbon clearance,NK activity were determined.Results:Compared with the control group,protein powder could improve significantly delayed type hypersensitivity reaction induced by dinitrofluorobenzen(DNFB) and the hemolysin level in serum,enhance the peritoneal macrophage phagocytizing chicken red blood cell,the activity of NK cells and the carbon clearance index.Conclusion:Protein powder can enhance the immune function of normal mice through cellular immune function,humoral immune function,monocaryon-macrophage function and NK activity.
