摘要
目的探讨新型复配蛋白粉对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法将200只SPF级雌性ICR小鼠随机分为5批次,每批次分为4组,即高(3333 mg/kg·bw·d)、中(1667 mg/kg·bw·d)、低(833 mg/kg·bw·d)剂量组(分别相当于成人每日每千克体重推荐摄入量的20、10和5倍)和溶剂对照组。连续灌胃30 d,参照《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》(2003年版)的方法,第一和二批次小鼠进行细胞免疫试验和NK细胞活性测定,第三和四批次小鼠进行单核—巨噬细胞功能试验,第五批次小鼠进行体液免疫功能试验。结果经口给予小鼠不同剂量的复配蛋白粉30 d,对各剂量小鼠增重、胸腺/体重比值和脾/体重比值无明显影响;可明显提高小鼠细胞、体液免疫功能以及单核—巨噬细胞功能和NK细胞活性。结论该复配蛋白粉具有增强小鼠免疫力功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of new compound protein powder on the immune function of mice.Methods A total of 200 female ICR mice of SPF grade were randomly divided into 5 batches,each batch was divided into 4 groups.They were high(3333 mg/kg·bw·d),medium(1667 mg/kg·bw·d),low(833 mg/kg·bw·d)dose groups(equivalent to 20 times,10 times and 5 times of the recommended daily intake per kg body weight for adults)and solvent control group.Continuous gavage for 30 days.According to“Technical Standards for Testing and Assessment of Health food”(2003 Edition),the first and second batches of mice were tested for cellular immunity and NK cell activity,the third and fourth batch mice were tested for monocyte macrophage function,and the fifth batch of mice were tested for humoral immunity.Results Oral administration of different doses of compound protein powder for 30 days had no significant effect on the weight gain,thymus/body weight ratio and spleen/body weight ratio of mice;it could significantly improve the cellular immune function,humoral immune function,monocyte macrophage function and NK cell activity of mice.Conclusion The result showed that the compound protein powder could enhance the immune function of mice.
