一种双歧乳杆菌三联菌对小鼠免疫功能的调节作用

摘要 目的探讨双歧乳杆菌三联菌(乳双歧杆菌V9+干酪乳杆菌Zhang+植物乳杆菌P-8,简称BLL)对小鼠免疫功能的调控作用。方法根据人体推荐摄入量,给予C57BL/6J小鼠分别灌胃0.1、0.2、0.6 mg/kg的BLL冻干粉,分别为BLL低、中、高剂量组;对照组等剂量双蒸水灌胃。30 d后处死实验动物,检测各组小鼠脏器/体重比;采用体内和体外实验分别检测BLL低、中、高剂量组小鼠的细胞免疫功能、单核-巨噬细胞功能、体液免疫功能和自然杀伤(NK)细胞活性。结果与对照组比较,BLL低、中、高剂量组的小鼠脏器/体重比值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);BLL中、高剂量组刀豆蛋白A(ConA)诱导小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖能力、碳廓清能力及腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的能力均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);BLL低、中、高剂量组小鼠的抗体生成细胞数较对照组均明显增加(P<0.05),BLL高剂量组小鼠NK细胞活性较对照组明显升高(P<0.05)。结论BLL有望成为临床增强免疫功能的有效方案。 Objective To investigate the regulatory effects of triple bacteria(Bifidobacterium lactis V9+Lactobacillus casei Zhang+Lactobacillus plantarum P-8,BLL)on mice immune function.Methods According to the recommended intake of human,C57BL/6J mice were gavaged with 0.1,0.2,0.6 mg/kg of BLL freeze-dried powder respectively(BLL low,middle and high dose groups).The experimental animals were killed after 30 d.The organ/body weight ratio of each group was determined.The cellular immune function,monocyte-macrophage function,humoral immune function and natural killer(NK)cell activity were measured by in vitro and in vivo experiments.Results Compared with the control group,the difference in the organ/body weight ratios among the low,middle and high dose groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05).The ConA induced mice splenic lymphocyte proliferation ability,carbon clearance capacity and peritoneal macrophage phagocytic ability of chicken red blood cells in the BLL low,middle and high dose groups all were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The number of antibody formation cells in the BLL low,middle and high dose groups were significantly increased(P<0.05).The NK cell activity in the BLL high dose group was significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion BLL is expected to be an effective clinical protocol for enhancing the immune function in clinic.
