MR诊断脊柱多发性骨髓瘤的临床价值探究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究MR诊断多发性骨髓瘤(MM)的价值。方法选取2013年9月至2015年12月就诊的102例MM患者作为研究对象,均通过骨髓活检穿刺检查确诊,依据就诊顺序划分为对照组以及试验组,各51例,分别给予患者CT检查以及MR检查,对比3种诊断方式的效果。结果两组在诊断准隹确率指标对比结果方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组51例患者中,混合型5例,胡椒类型13例,弥漫加灶类型12例,灶型18例,弥漫类型3例。结论 CT检查以及MR检查应用于MM疾病诊断过程中,诊断准确性无明显差异,但是MR检查可明显观察患者脊柱病变情况,明确患者脊柱病变范围、浸润等情况,具有较高的临床价值,为MM诊断提供新思路。
