摘要
目的研究人文关怀在糖尿病肾病血液透析患者中的临床应用价值。方法将我院2014年6月-2015年6月所收治的92例患者作为本次研究对象,按照随机数字将其分为研究组（n=46）和对照组（n=46）,对照组应用传统护理模式,研究组行人文关怀,对比分析两组患者的护理满意度与生活质量。结果研究组护理满意度（97.83%）高于对照组（80.43%）,且生活质量优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论人文关怀在糖尿病肾病血液透析患者中的临床应用效果明显,能够有效提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To study the clinical application value of humanistic care in hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods 92 cases of our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 in patients as the research object, according to the random number will be divided into the study group（n=46） and control group（n=46）, the control group used the traditional nursing mode, study group received humanistic care, and life satisfaction degree on nursing quality of patients in two groups were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction（97.83%） in the study group was higher than that in the control group（80.43%）, and the quality of life was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Humanistic care in patients with diabetic nephropathy hemodialysis patients in clinical application effect is obvious, can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
