摘要
目的:探讨人文关怀护理模式在血液透析患者中的应用效果。方法:选取某院2016年1月~2017年1月共66例患者作为研究对象,以随机分配为原则,分为观察组和对照组各33例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用人文关怀护理,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组患者焦虑评分和忧郁评分均低于对照组,差异明显(P<0.05),具备统计学意义;观察组患者满意度高于对照组患者,差异明显(P<0.05),具备统计学意义。结论:在血液透析患者中应用人文关怀护理具有良好的临床疗效,能有效缓解患者的心理状态,提高治疗依从度,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective:To explore the effect of humanistic care model in hemodialysis patients.Methods:A total of 66 patients treated in a hospital from January 2010 to January 2017 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group was treated with humanistic care,then compared the clinical curative effect of the two groups.Results:The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05);The patients'satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of humanistic care in hemodialysis patients has a good clinical effect,can effectively alleviate the psychological state of patients,improve the degree of treatment compliance,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
