摘要
借助溶胶-凝胶法,设计系列实验控制溶剂的不同挥发速度,探素其对溶胶凝胶法制备SiO_2结构形貌的影响,表征了多孔材料的显微结构及孔结构特性,分析了多孔结构的搭建机理。研究结果表明,随着孔面积的增多、温度的升高及高径比的减小,即溶剂挥发速度的增强,样品的孔径变大,孔分布均匀性降低,孔壁由三维结构向一维结构转变。该实验结果为实现制备一定结构形貌的二氧化硅提供科学价值和指导意义。
Porous SiO2 is prepared by sol-gel through designing a series of experiments with different volatilization speeds of solvent to explore its effects on the microstructures and morphology of SiO2. Combined with scanning electron microscope pictures,forming mechanism of pores and the evolvement of structures and morphology are discussed. The results show that with area of holes pricked on the cover,ratio of height to radium of solution and temperature increase,due to the increase of volatilization speed of solvent in solution,and the sizes of pores forming in material become bigger gradually. As well,the walls of pores changed from three-dimensional structure to one-dimensional one. Those results could provide scientific value and guiding significance for the preparation of silicon dioxide with certain structure and morphology.
