摘要 采用单因素试验和正交试验,探讨了各因素对实验结果的影响.在微波作用下,利用对甲苯磺酸催化合成β-萘甲醚,筛选出了实验的最佳条件:n(β-萘酚):n(甲醇):n(对甲苯磺酸)=1∶5∶0.3,微波功率P-30,辐射时间24min,经分析产率达93%以上. The paper makes a description that probes in every factor the influence of the experimental result under the different condition,adopting the orthogonal experimentation and single factor experimentation.β-Naphthyl methyl ether is catalytically synthesized by p-toluenesulfonic acid under microwave irradiation.It screens out the optimum condition that the mole ratio of β-Naphthol,methanol and p-toluenesulfonic acid is 1∶5∶0.3,respectively,the microwave power is p-30,the irradiation time is 24min and the yield is more than 93%.
