摘要
目的:探讨中药辨证论治配合艾灸治疗前列腺增生电切术后的临床效果。方法:择取2017年1月-2018年12月笔者所在医院泌尿外科收治的60例前列腺增生患者,将其随机分为两组,每组30例。对照组单纯予以经尿道前列腺电切术,术前常规处理;试验组经尿道前列腺电切术前10 d起予以中药辨证论治联合艾灸配合治疗。比较两组手术效果、术后尿失禁发生情况及生活质量。结果:两组手术成功率均为100%。试验组术后尿失禁发生率为16.67%,低于对照组的40.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且试验组均为轻度症状。试验组症状消失时间(4.2±1.6)d,短于对照组的(25.8±10.5)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组术后生活质量评分(80.2±7.6)分,高于对照组的(71.5±8.3)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:术前以中医辨证论治配合艾灸辅助前列腺增生电切手术临床效果确切,可有效提高治疗效果,减少术后并发症,提高生活质量,值得临床推广。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment combined with moxibustion after electrotomy.Method:A total of 60 patients with prostate hyperplasia admitted in the urology department of our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with transurethral resection of prostate,and routine treatment before operation.The experimental group was treated with TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment combined with moxibustion 10 days before transurethral resection of prostate.The operative effect,incidence of postoperative urinary incontinence and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result:The success rate of the two groups was 100%.The incidence of postoperative urinary incontinence in the experimental group was 16.67%,which was lower than 40.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).All of them were mild symptoms in the experimental group.The time of symptom disappearance in the experimental group was(4.2±1.6)d,which was shorter than(25.8±10.5)d in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative quality of life score of the experimental group was(80.2±7.6)points,which was higher than(71.5±8.3)points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Preoperative TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment combined with moxibustion assisted resection of prostate hyperplasia has a definite clinical effect,which can effectively improve the treatment effect,reduce postoperative complications and improve the quality of life,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
