摘要
目的 研究中药八正散在前列腺增生治疗中的效果。方法 94例前列腺增生患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组47例。对照组患者给予广谱抗菌药物左氧氟沙星治疗,观察组患者给予中药八正散治疗。比较两组患者治疗后临床症状缓解时间,预后疾病复发情况,治疗前后前列腺体积、膀胱残余尿量、血清生化因子水平。结果 观察组患者的排尿刺激、腰部酸痛、退热、泌尿系统感染缓解时间分别为(2.56±0.79)、(4.47±1.39)、(3.62±0.61)、(7.19±1.85)d,均显著短于对照组的(3.84±1.25)、(6.23±2.05)、(4.32±1.07)、(10.43±2.57)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访12个月,观察组患者的预后疾病复发率4.26%显著低于对照组的21.28%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的前列腺体积(19.12±5.28)ml、膀胱残余尿量(17.04±2.34)ml均小于对照组的(26.77±7.30)、(25.48±2.52)ml,前列腺素E_(2)(1.15±0.06)pg/ml、肿瘤坏死因子-α(9.54±3.53)pg/ml、白细胞介素-10(221.56±18.33)pg/ml均低于对照组的(1.89±0.17)、(15.76±3.26)、(242.71±25.06)pg/ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 中药八正散治疗前列腺增生具备显著治疗作用,用药后可使患者症状快速得到缓解,值得推荐。
Objective To study the effect of Chinese herbal medicine Bazheng San in the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia.Methods A total of 94 patients with prostatic hyperplasia were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levofloxacin,and the observation group was treated with Chinese herbal medicine Bazheng San.Both groups were compared in terms of remission time of clinical symptoms,prognosis of disease recurrence,prostate volume,residual urine volume and levels of serum biochemical markers before and after treatment.Results The time to urinary irritation,low back pain,fever reduction,and urinary tract infection remission were(2.56±0.79),(4.47±1.39),(3.62±0.61),and(7.19±1.85)d in the observation group,which were significantly shorter than those of(3.84±1.25),(6.23±2.05),(4.32±1.07),and(10.43±2.57)d in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 12 months of follow-up,the prognostic disease recurrence rate of 4.26%in the observation group was significantly lower than that of 21.28%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the prostate volume of(19.12±5.28)ml and residual urine volume of(17.04±2.34)ml in the observation group were lower than those of(26.77±7.30)and(25.48±2.52)ml in the control group;the observation group had prostaglandin E2 of(1.15±0.06)pg/ml,tumor necrosis factor-αof(9.54±3.53)pg/ml and interleukin-10 of(221.56±18.33)pg/ml,which were lower than those of(1.89±0.17),(15.76±3.26)and(242.71±25.06)pg/ml in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese herbal medicine Bazheng San has a significant therapeutic effect on the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia,which can quickly relieve the symptoms of patients after medication,so it is recommended.
