摘要
管理信息化体系建设是组织战略发展的重要组成部分和促进力量,是推动组织内部管理、体制机制、技术服务提升与创新的主动力。山东英才学院管理信息化体系建设初具规模,应用初显成效,但仍存在一些应用推广难题。本文通过对山东英才学院信息系统应用推广中遇到的问题及采取的措施进行总结,结合数据分析论述了系统应用推广的效果,进一步提出管理信息化体系应用推广的建议与对策。
The construction of management informationization system is an important part and a promoting power in organizational strategy development as well as the main driving force to promote the improvement and innovation of the organization’s internal management, system mechanism, and technical services. The construction of information-based management system in Shandong Yingcai University has begun to take shape, and its application begins to take effect. However, there are still some problems in promoting the application. Through summarizing the problems appearing in the ap plication and popularization of information system in Shandong Yingcai University and the measures taken, this essay discus ses the effect of application and popularization of information system based on data analysis, and further puts forward some s uggestions and countermeasures for the application and popularization of management information system.
