摘要
为探究世界田径短跨项目竞技优势分布规律及形成机制,促进中国田径短跨项目更好的发展,该研究运用文献资料、专家访谈、数理统计等研究方法,对世界田径短跨项目区域竞技优势特征进行分析。结果表明:洲际区域比较中,北美洲具有明显优势。国家间的比较中,美国竞技实力最强、牙买加较强,而中国处于竞技优势弱势国家行列之中。基于组织竞争优势获得的核心能力理论,结合体育运动发展中组织内部管理的特点,认为:短跨项目发展中的短跨文化、制度、组织管理、运动技术是竞技优势核心能力获得的关键要素。短跨类发展的文化决定了区域短跨项目普及程度与运动基础;短跨类发展的制度为短跨类发展清除了障碍,提供了可靠的保障;短跨类发展的组织管理为短跨类可持续运作提供了动力;短跨类发展的训练技术决定了运动员竞技水平。提出了中国短跨项目竞技优势获得的核心能力培育坚持外部获取与内部开发两条路径,并采取相应的对策,为提升中国短跨项目整体竞技水平提供参考。
In order to explore the distribution and formation mechanism of competitive advantage in Dash and Hurdle of world track and field,and promote better development of China's Dash and Hurdle projects,used the methods of literature,mathematical statistics and expert interviews,the paper analyzes the regional competitive advantage of the world track and field short span project.The results of cluster analysis showed that North America had obvious advantages in intercontinental regional comparison.The comparison between countries,the strongest competitive advantage in the United States,Jamaica strong,And China was among the weaker countries.Based on the theory of core competencies obtained by organizational competitive advantage,combining with the characteristics of internal management of sports development,thought that the Dash and Hurdle culture,system,organization management and sports technology in the development of Dash and Hurdle projects were the key elements for the acquisition of the core competence of competitive advantage.The culture of Dash and Hurdle development determined the popularity and sports foundation of regional Dash and Hurdle projects;the Dash and Hurdle development system removes obstacles for Dash and Hurdle development and provides reliable guarantees;the Dash and Hurdle development was sustainable operation provided the impetus;the training techniques of Dash and Hurdle development determined the level of athletes'competition.This paper put forward the core competence cultivation of China's Dash and Hurdle project competitive advantage and adheres to the two paths of external acquisition and internal development,and took corresponding countermeasures to provide reference for improving the overall competition level of China's Dash and Hurdle projects.
