摘要
随着大学英语教学改革的不断深入,提高大学英语教师的专业素质已刻不容缓。本文分析了大学英语教师专业素质的内涵,发展现状及其制约因素,并在此基础上尝试性地提出了大学英语教师专业素质的培养策略。
College English teachers are the main part of college English teaching, whose qualities directly affect the improvement of college English teaching. With the deepening of the reform of college English teaching, the development of college English teachers’ professional qualities brooks no delay. This paper mainly discusses college English teachers’ professional development from the aspects of its connotations, present development situation and restrictions and consequently puts forward effective strategies on improving college English teachers’ professional development.
