摘要
对国内近五年来大学英语教师专业素质发展方面的研究文献进行了归纳分析。分析表明:随着大英教改实施,大学英语教师专业素质的发展得到了越来越多的关注。相关文献主要涉及大学英语教师专业发展的必然性、知识结构、发展现状和需求、发展模式和策略等方面。在归纳分析的基础上,指出了目前研究的不足之处和未来研究的前景。
This paper is an overview of the studies on college English teacher professional development in the past five years. The analysis shows that college English teacher professional development has aroused increasing concern along with college English teaching reform. The research literature mainly discussed college English teacher professional development from the aspects of its necessity, col- lege English teachers＇ structure of knowledge, present development situation and needs as well as development models and strategies. Based on the analysis, this paper peints out the limitations of the studies and puts forward recommendations for further research.
