摘要
目前网络教育资源多以提供基本信息为主,尚处于混乱无序的状态,不利于对隐性知识的挖掘和管理,迫切需要引入知识管理的思想和技术对网络教育资源实施管理,从而实现对网络教育资源的重组和提升,实现从信息管理到知识管理的飞跃。本文从知识管理角度对网络教育资源建设提出了思考。
Nowadays the resources in network education merely supply basic information and the data are disordered.Concerning the disadvantage to the development and management of implicit knowledge,we need import the theory and technology to resources in network education.As a result,the renovation and recombination of the resources in network education will be realized and the leap from information management to knowledge management will be achieved.At the end of this paper ,we put forward a thought about the resources in network education from the point of view of KM.
