摘要
针对个人网络化学习体系中个人知识管理的问题,对个人网络化学习由个人资源管理向个人知识管理转化的原因进行分析;从个人知识管理的内容、知识螺旋增长模式和框架三个方面,详细阐述基于个人网络化学习体系的个人知识管理,进而探讨个人网络化学习由学习资源管理向个人知识管理转变的机制,论证个人知识管理是构建个人网络化学习体系的最终目标。
Aiming at the problem of the personal knowledge management of the personal E-learning system, this paper analyzes the shifting reasons from the personal resource management to the personal knowledge management in the personal E-learning system. Then it expatiates on three aspects of the personal knowledge management. Then the paper discusses the mechanism changed from the personal resource management to the personal knowledge management, and demonstrates that the personal knowledge management is the final aim of the construction of the personal E-learning system.
