摘要
研究了以双酚A为原料,用溴化钠作溴化剂、氯酸钠作氧化剂来合成四溴双酚A的新工艺,实验结果表明,较适宜的工艺条件是:n(BPA)∶n(NaBr)=1∶4.4,室温下反应3h,回流2h,NaClO3溶液在2h内滴加完毕.产品收率为98.4%,熔点为179~181℃.此法避免了直接使用液溴,溶剂用量少,回收容易,是一种安全、经济、无污染的新工艺.
Using NaBr as bromination and NaClO_3 as oxidizer, tetrabromobisphenol A was synthetized from bisphenol A. The result of the experiments showed that the optimum process conditions were as follows: n(BPA):n(NaBr)=1:4.4 and reacting at room temperature for 3h, refluxing for 2h, the solution of NaClO_3 was dropped in 2h. The yield of the product is 98.4% and melting point is 179~181℃. As the process avoid using liquid Br_2, less solvent is expended and the solvent is easy to recycle, it is a safe, low-cost and green process.
