摘要 本文首先导出离心逆流式气流分级机分级粒径计算式。实测表明,理论计算值与实验值基本一致。其次,引用惯性参数讨论风量与分级粒径大小的关系,并得到风量、分级转子叶片倾斜角与分级粒径相关趋势图。本文导出的计算式和给出的相关趋势图可用于确定这类分级机的操作参数及设计分级机转子的几何尺寸。 This paper firstly develops the formula of the classified particles cut size using the air classifier by centrifugal countercurrence. Experiments show that the theoretical value is basically the same with that of experiments. Secondly, the inertial parameter ψ_50=ρ_Td_(T50)~2ω/18μ is employed to discuss the relationship between the air amount and the classified particles cut size, and the relevant trend diagram is obtained concerning the air amount, the blade attitude angle of the classifying rotator and the classified particles cut size. The derived formula and the given relevant trend diagram can be applied in arranging the operation parameters for this type of classifiers and designing the geometrical size of the classifier rotor.
