摘要
引入一个简化了的单颗粒动力学模型,对气流分级机的分级轮中的颗粒运动轨迹进行了模拟。通过求解方程并绘制图形,求得颗粒在分级轮叶片间的运动轨迹。为了便于求解,将方程转化为等速旋转坐标系中的方程。对不同转速、风量及不同的叶片间距下的颗粒运动轨迹进行了计算,结果表明:转速、风量、叶片间距是影响颗粒运动轨迹的主要因素;转速的增加和风量的减小均可以显著减小分级粒径的大小;叶片间距的减小使颗粒与叶片的碰撞次数增多。
The paper introduced a simplified single-particle dynamic model,and made simulation to motion track of particle in classified wheel of vortex classifier,and the motion track of particle between the vane of classified wheel was obtained with equation solution and graph plotting. For convenient to solute,the equation was transformed to the one in even-velocity rotary coordinate system. After calculating the motion track of particle under different rotary velocity,different wind capacity and different space between vanes,it was showed that rotary velocity,wind capacity and space between vanes were major factors that affected motion track of particle,increasement on rotary velocity and decreasement on wind capacity could lead to obvious decreasement on granularity,and decreasement on space between vanes could lead to increasement on times of impact between particle and vane.
