摘要
在分析涡轮速度场分布的基础上,建立了涡轮分级区流体速度基本公式,推导了不均匀流场分级粒径计算式,并提出了相对分级锐度的概念,导出其计算式,从而得出风量、涡轮转速、分级粒径、分级锐度四者之间的关系.实验证明,理论分析与实测数据基本吻合,因而,理论分析可用于指导分级操作及开发新型分级设备的设计.
Based on the investigation of flow rate distribution in the classification zone of turbine, tile formula of the flow rate is derived and the law of determining the cut size is formulated. Furthermore, the new concept of relative precision of cut is proposed and the relationship among air amount, rotator speed of turbine,classified particles cut size and precision of cut is found. Experimental andcalculated results show that the proposed formulas are reasonable and can be used in directing the design of turbo ultrafine classifier.
