摘要
建立有效的国有企业经营者激励机制是国有企业改革的关键。目前我国国有企业经营者激励机制滞后,经营者的报酬不能体现经营者的价值,因此应建立有效的国有企业经营者激励机制。
The key to the reform of China's state - owned enterprises lies in establishing an effective stimulating mechanism for the operators. Now the stimulating mechanism is behind the time, the rewards got by the operators cannot show their value. We must establish an effective stimulating mechanism for the operators.
