摘要
医院管理队伍职业化既是公立医院改革的重要内容,又是其他公立医院改革任务得以有效落实的促进因素。目前,国内在相关概念、必要性和考核、培训、激励机制等方面进行了广泛研究和探讨。对照国外现状,今后应加强实证研究,探索切实可行的实施措施和路径。
Hospital management team professionalization is not only the important content of the public hospital reform,but also the effectively promoting factors to implement other public hospital reform measures.The concept,necessity and assessment,training,incentive mechanism of hospital director professionalization have been widely researched in China.Comparing to the status of foreign countries,the empirical research involves practical measures and approaches of hospital director professionalization needs to be strengthened.
