摘要 本文基于TI公司的TMS32 0F2 4 0系列DSP完成了永磁无刷直流电机基速以下恒转矩、基速以上恒功率运行的双模式调速系统的研制。首先从理论上提出永磁无刷直流电机弱磁控制的要求 ,继而介绍了TMS32 0F2 4 0硬件结构、无刷直流电机双模式控制系统框图以及软件流程 ,最后以一台永磁无刷直流电机为例 ,试验结果说明了该系统的实用性。 In this paper, the speed regulation system of the permanent magnet brushless D. C. motor with constant torque operation under base speed and constant power operation beyond base speed is introduced, based on the TI company’s product TMS320F240. Firstly the theory about field weakening of permanent magnet brushless D. C. motor is induced. And then hardware architecture of TMS320F240, two mode system block figure and software flow figure are introduced. At the end an experiment based on permanent magnet brushless D.C. motor has been made, the practicality of this system is proven.
