摘要 电动汽车用永磁同步电动机在基速以下恒转矩运行,在基速以上恒功率扩速运行。在分析永磁同步电动机数学模型的基础上,设计了一种具有转速控制和转矩控制两种工作模式的弱磁控制系统。该系统在基于XC164的硬件平台上进行了试验,得到了永磁同步电动机控制系统的转速-转矩特性及效率曲线。试验结果表明,该系统有效满足了电动汽车的弱磁扩速要求。 The permanent magnet synchronous motors for electric cars run with the constant torque when below the base speed,and run with the constant power and the enlarged speed when above the base speed. Based on the analysis for the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor,the weak magnetic control system that can work both in the speed control mode and the torque control mode is presented. The system is tested on the XC164 hardware platform,it is obtained that the speed-torque characteristics and efficiency curves of the control system of the permanent magnet synchronous motor. The test results show that the system effectively meets the requirements of the weak magnetic control and the expansion speed for the electric cars.
