摘要 介绍永磁无刷直流电动机采用场路结合方法实现高精度计算机仿真的研究。其中 ,由电磁场求解获得气隙磁密及反电势信息 ,使仿真符合实际电机的真实情况 ;由电磁场求解获得电机电感参数 ,使电机设计阶段预测特性成为可能。样机的计算波形与实测波形的一致性验证了该方法的实用性和高精度。 The computer simulation study with high-accuracy for the permanent magnet brushless DC motor based on the combination of electric circuit and electromagnetic field solution was presented in the paper.With this approach,the information of the flux-density distribution in the air-gap and the induced armature back e.m.f., acquired from the electromagnetic field solution,made the simulation more closed to the practical situation of the motor and the inductance parameter,also calculated from the electromagnetic field solution, allowed the characteristic prediction in the motor design stage to be possible.The consistence of the calculated waveform with the experimental one for a prototype verified the practicality and high accuracy of the approach.
