摘要 用SrCO3 、Al2 O3 、Eu2 O3 和Dy2 O3 烧制SrAl2 O4:Eu2 + ,Dy3 + 长余辉光致发光陶瓷 ,其烧结温度为 1 30 0℃— 1 4 0 0℃ ,烧结时间为 3小时。H3 BO3 作为助溶剂 ,掺入量为 3— 5 % ,可有效降低烧结温度。X -射线衍射分析表明SrAl2 O4:Eu2 + ,Dy3 + 发光陶瓷的晶体结构为SrAl2 O4单斜晶系晶体结构 ,晶格常数为a=8 442 4 ,b=8 82 2 ,c=5 1 60 7 。激发光谱和发光光谱分析表明 :发光光谱是峰值位于 52 0nm的宽带谱 ,激发光谱是位于 2 4 0nm - 4 80nm之间的连续宽带谱 ,表明SrAl2 O4:Eu2 + ,Dy3 + SrAl 2O 4:Eu 2+ ,Dy 3+ luminescence cerami cs was sintered with raw materials: SrCO 3,Al 2O 3,Eu 2O 3 and Dy 2O 3 .It s firing temperature is 1300℃-1450℃,and firing time is 3 hours .H3BO3 was dop ed by 3-5% as a flux, as a result, the firing temperature was lowered efficient ly. It is shown that the SrAl 2O 4 monolithic crystal structure was observed i n the SrAl 2O 4:Eu 2+ ,Dy 3+ luminescence ceramics, according to t he resulfs of X-rays diffraction. The lattice contents are: a=8.4424, b=8.822 , c=5.1607. The emission spectra is a broad band spectrum with peaking at 52 0nm, and the excitation spectra are between 280nm and 440nm, On the basis of the analysed above, SrAl 2O 4:Eu 2+ ,Dy 3+ luminescence ceramics can e mit efficiently by stimulating from ultraviolet to visible light.
