固相反应法制备SrAl_2O_4:Eu^(2+),Dy^(3+)长余辉发光陶瓷及性能表征 被引量:9

摘要 采用干压成型高温固相反应在还原气氛中制备了SrAl2 O4 :Eu2 + ,Dy3+ 发光陶瓷片状样品。陶瓷结构致密均匀、强度高、耐腐蚀性好。样品在自然光激发下发出明亮的绿光。X射线衍射仪 (XRD)分析表明 ,在 12 5 0~ 14 5 0℃烧结形成SrAl2 O4 单斜晶系晶体 ;扫描电镜 (SEM )分析表明 ,样品在14 0 0℃烧结 4h ,结构较致密 ,晶粒发育完善。光谱分析表明 ,样品的发光光谱是峰值位于 5 2 0nm的宽带谱 ,激发光谱是位于 2 4 0~ 4 2 0nm的宽带谱 ,峰值分别为 2 4 0、32 0、36 0、4 2 0nm .发光衰减特性分析表明 ,SrAl2 O4 :Eu2 + ,Dy3+ 陶瓷的发光亮度随时间衰减符合I=At-n 规律 ,大致可分为三个不同的阶段 :在前 5min ,n =0 .6 ;在 5至 4 0min ,n =1.0 ;在 4 0至 6 0 0min ,n =1 3.在 4 0W日光灯激发 30min后 ,撤除光源 10h发光亮度衰减到 2 .15mcd/m2 ,远远高于人眼可辨的最低值。 SrAl 2O 4:Eu 2+,Dy 3+ phosphorescence ceramics samples were prepared by solid phase reaction at high temperature under reducing atmosphere through dry press processing. The sample shows high strength and good chemical durability. The samples emit bright green light after being excited by natural light. The effects of sintering temperatures on the microstructure and phosphorescent properties were studied. XRD analysis indicates the SrAl 2O 4:Eu 2+,Dy 3+ ceramic is formed at 1 250~1 450℃but the optimum sintering temperature was found to be 1 400℃. SEM observation indicates that the sample shows tight microstructure at 1 400℃ for 4h. Spectrum analysis indicates that the sample exhibits a broad emission peaking at 520nm and excitation spectrum consists of four peaks at 240nm, 320nm, 360nm and 420nm ranging from 240~480nm. The characteristics of the intensity decay is fitted by I=At -n equation, n =0 6 for the begining 5 minutes, n =1 0 for 5~40minutes and n =1 3 for 40~600minutes. The phosphorescence intensity is 2 15mcd/m 2 even for 10h after removal of a 40W fluorescent lamp excitation source. This type of ceramic sample can find applications in war at night time.
