摘要
使用热转印技术打印制作了5个不同的超耐候热转印荧光标识,利用热重分析仪、数字亮度计、电子万能试验机、分光测色仪和紫外老化试验箱对荧光标识的热稳定性、发光性能、力学性能、耐老化性能进行表征,并用电子显微镜对标识拉伸断裂处的微观形貌进行观察。结果表明:荧光标识的热稳定性随着荧光粉含量的增加而增强;余辉亮度随着荧光粉含量的增加而增大,且余辉亮度呈现先急速后缓慢的衰减规律;拉伸强度和断裂伸长率随着荧光粉含量的增加呈下降趋势,且拉伸破损断口参差不齐,边缘有明显的卷曲变形现象;5个荧光标识的亮度相差不大,表观均为黄绿色,经过紫外老化2300h后,标识表面无损坏现象,仅表观亮度减小,绿色和黄色有不同程度的消退,表现出超耐候特性;普通照明灯光照射激发10min,在黑暗中标识的字迹和图案清晰可见。
The thermal stability,phosphorous capacity,mechanical property and weather resistance of five signboards obtained by thermal-transfer printing were researched using thermo gravimetric analyzer,digital luminance meter,universal testing machine,color check and UV aging test chamber.The tensile fractured surface of sample S06 was observed by electron microscopy.It showed that with increasing concentration of phosphor powder,the thermal stability and afterglow brightness of signboards increased.The afterglow brightness of sample S06 decayed sharply in the first one minute and became slowly later.Tensile strength and elongation decreased while the concentration of phosphor powder increased.The image of tensile fractured surface showed exposed phosphor powder and curled elastic deformation of resin.The five signboards became light after aging 2300 h.The letters and patterns on phosphorous signboards could be seen clearly in dark room owing the common light.
