摘要
建立社会治安防控体系是解决我国社会治安问题的治本之策。本文论述了社会治安防控体系的内涵、构成及主要特点,着重论述了为什么要建立社会治安防控体系以及建立社会治安防控体系的方式途径。
To establish the prevtntion and control system is the foundamental solution to the problem of China's publie security.This paper discusses the intension, formation and characteristics of the system, focusing on the reasons why it should be built and the methods about how it can be built.
