社会治安防控体系是维护社会治安的一项系统工程,它具有战略性、整合性、系统性、层次性几个特点。在新形势下建立社会治安防控体系具有必要性。社会治安防控体系应从基础治安防控、社会面治安防控、刑侦防控、技术防控等几个方面加以构建。
The Defense & Control System of Social Public Security is such a system project served as maintaining the social public security. And it has several characteristics such as strategic, integrative, systematic and successive. It is necessary to build such a system in the new situation and that should be constructed from these aspects of defense and control of basic public security, the whole society security, defense of criminal investigation and technology.
