摘要
法律文化对于法治国家具有重大意义。新形势下,必须应对法治国家的要求,构建新型的、现代化的法律文化,促进我国法治国家的建设。
The culture of law is of great signifi cance to a country ruled by law.Under the new situation,to meet the requirements of our country which is ruled by law,it is compulsory to construct modern culture of law s o as to accelerate the construction of our country.
