在依法治国、社会主义经济体制改革逐步深化的今天,构建特种行业和娱乐服务场所治安防控体系势在必行。而这一模式需要有坚实的理论支撑,文章就构建特种行业和娱乐服务场所治安防控体系的背景、意义及理论基础予以论述,期望能对该体系的构建起到一定的作用。
Today, under the circumstances of administering a country according to law and the progressively deepened socialist economy reform, it is imperative to structure the special trade and amusement places' public security prevention and control system. And this mode needs the solid theory to support. This article discusses the backgrounds and the meaning , theoretical foundation of structuring special trade and amusement places' public security prevention and control system, which hopes to be helpful to the structure of this system.
