摘要
娱乐场所的治安管理是治安秩序管理的重要组成部分,对于维护社会治安秩序和公共安全具有重要意义。如何走出娱乐场所治安管理工作低效率、低水平、低层次循环的轨道,实现由“经验管理”向“科学管理”转变,须寻求理论的新支点。以行政管理半径与密度为视角,思考娱乐场所的治安管理工作,为不断提高管理工作的科技水平和信息含量,积极实现管理方法定量化、管理手段科学化提供有益的探索。
The public security administrative management upon entertainment places is an important constitutional part of public security order management, which is of great significance to maintain the public security order and public safety. How to step out from the orbit of the inefficiency, low level and low degree of it to realize a change from ＂experienced management＂ to ＂scientific management＂ lies in pursuing for a new theoretic support. To view from the ＂radius＂ and ＂density＂ of administrative management and think about the management work of entertainment service places can provide helpful exploration for a constantly-enforcing knowledge, the amount of technology and information for management work, and for actively realizing the fixed quantity of management methods and scitificization of management means.
