摘要
新中国成立70年来,我国的城乡关系发生了深刻的历史变迁,城乡关系有了显著的改善。纵观新中国成立70年来城乡关系演变的历史进程,与自然顺序下城乡关系有序循环相比,城乡关系演变显现出独特的内在逻辑。其中,不断缩小城乡发展差别是城乡关系演变的本质追求,改革和进一步深化改革是城乡关系演变的不竭动力,而基本经验是进一步实现城乡关系变革。本质、动力和基本经验构成了新中国成立70年来我国城乡关系由分割走向缓和再逐步走向融合的逻辑主线。
In the past 70 years since the founding of new China,profound changes have taken place in the relationship between urban and rural areas,and the relationship between urban and rural areas has improved significantly.Looking at the historical process of the evolution of urban and rural relations in the past 70 years since the founding of new China,compared with the orderly cycle of urban and rural relations under the natural order,the evolution of urban and rural relations in China shows a unique internal logic.In particular,narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas is the essential pursuit of the evolution of urban rural relations.Reform and further deepening reform are the inexhaustible driving force for the evolution of urban rural relations,and the basic experience is further.The basic principles for the transformation of urban-rural relations should be followed.The essence,motive force and basic experience constitute the logical main line in the 70 years since the founding of new China.
