摘要
改革开放40年来,我国工农关系从重工轻农到工农并进再到工农共赢,从分离到缓和再走向融合,经历了"取多予少""予多取少""既予又活"三个阶段,二者关系发生了根本变化,促进了农业生产力不断提高,农村面貌持续改善,农民生活日益富裕。回顾工农关系演变历程,对未来调整优化工农关系具有重要启示价值:协调工农关系在现代化进程中始终具有全局性作用;改革是调整理顺工农关系的主要抓手;资源要素配置是工农关系调整的关键内容。
